About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship & Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer interactions, supporting the sales process, and handling administrative tasks related to business operations. Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work with CRM tools are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups

Respond promptly to inbound and outbound customer calls and emails

Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention

Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions

Inform clients about new services, product updates, and promotional offers

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and interactions

Negotiate with clients on price, lead time, and payment terms to close orders

Perform cold emailing to targeted geographies and sectors

Maintain organized filing and documentation

Manage office administrative work as needed

Basic computer skills and typing speed of 20 WPM are desirable
Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, telecalling, lead generation, or related fields

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Familiarity with using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
