About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring new clients and expanding our presence in the Media & Advertising industry. This role requires a deep understanding of our services and offerings and a strategic mindset to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals. You will be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies and managing end-to-end sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s advertising, branding, and media services

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet business development goals

  • Identify and qualify new leads through various platforms (Google, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.) and outreach programs

  • Initiate contact with key decision-makers in target companies to pitch services and solutions

  • Drive new account acquisition and manage existing client relationships for repeat business

  • Prepare and deliver customized business proposals and presentations

  • Negotiate deals including pricing, payment terms, and timelines, ensuring profitable margins

  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely execution and delivery of services

  • Utilize internal CRM and sales enablement tools to manage prospects, pipeline, and reporting

  • Manage account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

  • Provide timely feedback and insights to senior management on sales performance and market dynamics

  • Continuously research and evaluate new market trends, competitors, and industry developments

  • Maintain adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and optimize resource usage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in sales/business development in the media or advertising industry

  • Strong understanding of advertising and branding solutions (BTL/ATL/digital preferred)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with online lead-generation tools and B2B sales platforms

  • Experience in proposal writing and creating marketing plans

  • Knowledge of local and national advertising landscapes
